Sakha is the owner of his own insurance agency and begins his day by walking or taking a shower. His team meets in the form of a “huddle” at 8:45 a.m. each day to discuss work business. It is sometimes held within his own home office using online communications, but other instances, the team gathers in person. These meetings are usually kept by him to be sure he and his team keep each other accountable.
Following his morning phone call, Sakha goes and visits his workplace. The reason for this is to help keep the team engaged and to catch up on his emails. He is also responsible for other office things, such as projects and marketing while working. Also, he checks his documents and the most important aspects of business.
